Engineering department supports our clients in every step of mechanical design.
The process starts with wall thickness calculation following both international codes and client special requests, with the possibility to perform Stress Analysis and Finite Element Analysis.
We can be interactive with others suppliers of the same project by using PDMS software, that gives a total overview on the global project.

Mainly for the Slug-catchers we elaborate a specific process calculation as a preliminary step for the final mechanical design. Considering the chemical analysis and physical parameters of the ''wet gas'' coming from the well, our engineering department studies the preliminary dimensions of sections and length of the pipes. At the end of the plant the ''dry gas'' will have the requested grade of filtration. Our chemical engineers calculate the corrosion attack of the fluid and give instructions to mechanical designers on wall thickness optimization or internal cladding.
